32 + JJ + Lady from New Jersey = 34 2 records that Tes did not turn over to the defense. Could there be more? fair question in my opinion. Moo I am sure the Judge will do the right thing. Sooner or later, Jb is going to get these records. IMO

If the "extra" 2 searchers were not part of TES searchers, just how would TES have a record of these 2 extra searchers to turn over? I'm confused as to the connection

The Lady from New Jersey is a prime example of why someone needs to look at all these records. Jb offered for a 3rd party assigned by the Judge to look at them.

I am sure he has been offered an open invitation to come to his office and look at the original 32. I doubt Nm is offereing for him to look at all the records. He has invited the Prosecution to look at the records. Something is up or these motions would not be coming about. Some people call it a fishing expedition, some call it an investigation. They are the same in my opinion.

BBM - it really depends on who is doing the investigating, and who is doing the fishing. The Judge knows the difference, trust me.

MN's office delivered the records of the 32 searchers to the defense last year. The rest are in MN's office with an open invite for the defense to go through them all.
MN is cool and smooth.

Yep...and since those records couldn't produce the info JB wanted.....he's gotta go get the rest...because, in his mind, surely THEY have something he can use to cast "reasonable doubt" towards some other innocent person and away from his "client".

I love MN...he knows what he's doing, for sure. I think JB's strategy is more like a "stall...point, point...stall....point, point, point...." LOL

The Defense's argument is that Caylee's remains were NOT on Suburban Dr during the TES searches...the Judge ruled that they could have the information of the 32 that searched Suburban drive...Defense has those. DONE..

The 2 you mention above were NOT assigned to Suburban drive, they ADMITTED that... TES would not have records of their PERSONAL search on Suburdan drive..

IF there were more TES would NOT have the records concerning their search of Suburban Dr because they would have searched on their own.

So unless other searchers searched that area without TES' knowledge, which is what those two searchers admit to doing, than how would JB be able to tell who did unauthorized searches. If it was not reported to TES, how would defense know. And if they were REALLY concerned there might be something within the searchers notes.....defense would have been burning the midnight oil at MN's office for months now.

And I believe the Judge already did the right thing the first time. Would not want to be JB when the Judge addresses this matter again in court. Nothing like drawing attention to yourself when you haven't even presented a witness list yet. JB to AL, "Let's see where can we get people to put on our witness list just to make us look good." AL, "Hey, I have an idea." First we had "junk science" and now we have "junk witness lists". JMO

She searched on her own, apart from TES, there are NO RECORDS and Baez has the records of those that did search that area.

I seem to remember JB wanting all of the tips and leads from LE and whining and whining about that so LE provided everything and what did JB do? ---- he never bothered to go collect and pay for them!!!!!

Why? Because JB wanted to be pampered and for those tips and leads to be pre-screened to remove the noise and to categorize them etc. -- i.e., he wanted LE to do his work for him.

What will JB do with hundreds of TES records? Whine about them.... make excuses .... suggest they are not accurate and ..... more importantly claim that there are still some held back to accuse those are the ones he needs.

Remember this is all a conspiracy by LE, FBI, SA, TES, etc, etc against the killer KC.

So for MN to have that information would it not be in the records that are available to JB's office this very minute. And in the intermin why they wait for a decision from the Judge, why is there no person from JB's office at this very minute over at MN's office looking through those records. Why, because they never expect to really get them and they know there is nothing in those records that are useful. It's just another useless motion. JMO

Must be because if I was up to no good then the last thing I would do is register with TES and provide my ID, etc. I'd much rather use them and perform my own independent un-authorized 'search' and use them as cover -- although there would be lots of folks trampling around.

Most likely I would act like JW or DC and go there secretively when it was quiet. That's why they connected themselves to the A's, as a cover for their actions.

Please explain how TES would have records of private searches.

It seems your are claiming that TES has files on every private search out there, and not just TES searches. I would like to know where you got this information. And how TES was able to gather this information.

OMG it has just hit me.....I KNOW what they are fishing for.........ZFG must have registered as a searcher, then dropped the body there. SERIOUSLY, that would be the smoking gun. KC would go free. Then LE could get on with finding the real killer. We all must be so stupid not to see this.

And IIRC, that was exactly how JS left it at the hearing. The parties (with MN) had reached a type of "agreement", the motion was tabled, and it was the understanding that the names of the searchers closest to the area would be released to the defense. JS then said he would address if any further names were needed, but he didn't see why since the "pertinent" searchers' info was being provided.
