I first I thought maybe it was a mistake and he meant to say Great Grandma Sykes, but you would think that 8 months into the investigation he would know who the grandmother was that came by. Maybe they both came by? GGMS said she came by around 7:30PM, but TN never said she went by the MH. Not that I have found yet. Still going way back to see if she ever mentioned going by the MH Feb 9th or the last time she saw Haleigh.

Has TN lawyered up? I think more and more Misty is covering for TN while TN has locked Misty up and thrown away the key. MOO

As far as I'm aware, the only time TN had a lawyer associated with her was when Mark NeJame stepped in and said he was representing HER interests, which ended fairly soon after Misty's LVA and LDT's in August, and from what I discerned, not very pleasantly. He also was representing Tim Miller at that time, and it appeared to be a conflict of interest for him to continue representing TN as far as her "publicity" went.

That's the reason I wanted to have someone post the time documented for the arrival of LE at the MH the night that Haleigh was reported missing TIA!

Oh one more thought, 3:27 or 3:28 are very precise times. Wonder why? The date on this GVS interview transcript is Sunday, March 01, 2009 .

LE arrived at 3:40. The LE narrative states that the officer spoke to RC and then MC and then that was when TN arrived.

Okay I understand now! If we assume that the officer notated TN arrived as early as 3:42 or even 3:45 (we don't know the exact time but he did state he was talking with RC and MC prior) then that gave her probably 12 to 15 mins or more to arrive at the MH.

I'm not having a problem right now with that timeline. I don't see it as a descrepancy from what I read earlier! Thank you all, I hope that I didn't go too far off topic.

Thank you Maven. You what occured to me after I had posted that earlier? RC might have called TN on her cell phone (assuming she had one) and the call was logged into the cell as a time received (don't know what to call that, but I know my calls tell me when and what time a call happened). Maybe that's why she was so precise? Yup this whole case is weird!

It was first reported (911 call) at 3:27 AM - this is at the very top

Then in the narrative it states that the first LE arrived at 3:40 and they spoke with RC and MC - while speaking with MC it states that TN arrived on scene. So, TN is really kinda "off" on her times dontcha think?

One thing I noticed when reviewing the police report is at the very bottom it says:

Is there additional information included on a continuation report? YES

We never got to see that continuation report - did we?

Also, I would love to know what that redacted paragraph says!

Has anyone told the truth in this case? The lies started with TN saying Misty and Ronald stayed up talking all of Sunday night. Was Misty even there Sunday? Then it goes to the odd morning hours and the story of RC barreling through the bus stop and driving to GGMS's house to get an outfit for Haleigh to wear to school. Then three different people say they picked Haleigh up that afternoon from the bus stop and on an on it goes. Days, weeks and months later, the stories are still changing.

Why can't anyone pin these people down on their inconsistencies? It's still going on today.

I saw a TN quote just recently on WS where she says, she arrived just as they were calling 911. What? That's new information to me, but not surprising since TN is probably the one in the background of the 911 call.

Then you have TN driving 180 mph to Ron's house in order to drive 12-15 miles within 5 minutes? I want to see what she has under the hood of that car!

Very interesting that rc is yelling, cursing at mc to give him HIS phone. The 911 phone calll ceased at 3.33 when he was screaming for the phone. TN arrived and explained everything to LE about the custody, etc. She then placed a call to crystal to "see if she had Haleigh"..*grrrr*. This call took place at 3:49...you do the math.

Tn was dressed in white jeans and her sheriff's sweater and a diamond pendant necklace. She states she was wearing a nightgown when called. She brought an 8x10 of Haleigh with her.

Anyone know what car she was driving that day? I know she no longer worked for the Sheriff's dept yet gave that as her occupation. I also know her registered address was not Rita Lane, but that is what she stated also and it is 80 miles away. However, no one can say she wasn't at the non-existant 911 addy on rita lane either. Her whereabouts are crucial for resolution in this case, imo.

Kat #606 - TN gets the call at 3:27-3:28, gets out of bed, changes her clothes, grabs her coat, grabs Haleigh's 8 X 10, finds her car keys and drives over and arrives at 3:30. All of this in 2 -3 minutes. I'd like to see an reenactment please. Seems like her math skills are lining up with MC's. KWIM? In all the haste to do a cover-up seems to me that someone forgot to factor in the math. IMO
Seems to me also that she tried to stay in the thick of things in the beginning. From her jacket with the blazing emblem, singing praises of Misty, the marriage proposal at HER birthday, her wedding band ,leading cobra on a wild goose chase, doing interviews when she wasn't even there that night when Haleigh disappeared, always johnny on the spot for the interviews and quick with the answers, wasn't that MC's or RC's job? Do the interviews in the trailer? WTH was that all about? How would she even have the answers to the question that they ask? SUPPOSEDLY she wasn't even there. I feel a migraine coming on!
