I don't know how we can all listen to the same tapes and come away with such different takes on them. I guess if you are inclined to think Tommy played a role in Haleigh's disappearance, you hear everything with a slant that leans that way, and if you think he played no role, you hear everything slanted the other way. JMO, if LE suspected Timmy or Joe were involved in HaLeigh's disappearance they should have confiscated their workboots long ago.

I thought she stated she threw out Tommy and Timmy's workboots.. BIG BIG mistake if thats the truth..And IMHO IF Timmy indeed falied an LDT he should have never been allowed to leave Florida.. And IF by chance he took an LDT after he and his family moved out of the state, he should have been hauled back to Florida immediately..JMO

Personally, I'm thoroughly ticked ALL the pressure has been applied to the Croslins and none to the Cummings... I suspect the Cummings Clan are delighted though..
Look like it's ALL going down just as they planned...JMO

For the life of me, I can't understand how they can have lulls in their conversations (at times it seems like ful minutes) when they are talking about nothing of importance, but let one thing of interest pop up, and they talk all over each other.

I've been trying to keep an open mind, even though I've thought from the beginning, that Ron was guilty. But even if Tommy is guilty, that doesn't exonerate Ronald. It just might mean that there are several people involved. Maybe none of them, (except for 1 person), really knows who hurt Haleigh. Maybe they are all sitting around, (except for that 1 person), suspecting each other. But even if that's the case, I think there was group involvement in the disposal & cover-up. & if that's the case, then that means they all put their need to cover-up their lifestyles, ahead of doing right by Haleigh. But, @ this point, that would NOT surprise me. I don't think kids really matter to these people. What's done is done, now let's party.

Yep, Tommy said that Timmy failed his Poly!
IMO, he is blaming LE... saying the reason Misty and Timmy failed is because LE set them up. That is why he doesn't want anyone from LE to set up the poly.
Yep, Lindsey said LE/Someone told her that Tommy had recently failed his voice stress test. Hmm...Tommy said "What? That is a Lie!"

Odd how LE is the bad guy in all of this, but not one of them have told a complete true statement about what happen the night Haleigh went missing, and that is including the Cummings and TN. IMO

At this point I don't believe any of them! I am so sad for Haleigh, why are people so cold? Why would anyone not want to help find a child? I just pray that who ever had anything to do with her disappearance pays here and in h#LL! Sorry, had to vent....I pick Misty & Ron as my main POI for now by the way. Not that anyone asked, but I am so :furious: at how those two have acted since she went missing it's hard to believe they don't know what happen that night. :truce:

Here are some interesting comments ToC and Lyndsy made about Ronald that I heard while listening to the tapes:

LE agents Peggy Cone and Jason Joliceur told Lindsy they plan to wrap this case up in two weeks and the Croslins can expect things to get even worse. Tommy doesn't want to associate with Ron and Misty. HC Jr thinks Ronald is insane and a punk. He suspects Ron gave someone a key to go into his house and take his daughter while Misty was sleeping. Misty is lying and making up stories to get Tommy in trouble. Tommy says he doesn't know anything about HaLeigh and he was home sleeping and Lindsy can vouch for him. Tommy Croslin angry Ron was doing drugs and not searching for his daughter. Called Ronald a "no count" dad, a piece of sh** who shouldn't have had custody of Junior and HaLeigh; children should have been with Crystal Sheffield. Lindsy heard Ronald when he was at her place say "If I had $35,000 I could get my daughter back" and is willing to testify in court. Thinks Ron knows where his daughter is and he talked about the Mexicans in Crescent City having a hit on Larry and if Ron brought Larry to the Mexicans, he would get his daughter back. ToCr thinks HaLeigh's case is drug related or Ronald wouldn't have said what he did while at Tyler. Ron was talking about Misty and Tommy when he said one of these two are going to slip up. Thinks Misty and Ron know what happened and Misty was sitting with Ron when he was talking about the Mexicans. Misty could have been sleeping during the abduction but the back door being propped open doesn't make sense. HaLeigh doesn't deserve this.

Question: Was the front door to Ronald's house locked when Misty went to bed and if Ronald did give someone the key to the backdoor, could they could get in? Was the back door secured from the inside?

Now I hear this name Larry again. I don't know where I read it but wasn't there something said around the time RC supposibly made a comment that if he had $35,000 he could get Haleigh back that there was a little girl who said that she had talked to Haleigh and that Larry had Haleigh? It's going to drive me nuts now trying to remember where I read that at. At the time I thought it was odd to hear that a little girl had spoken with Haleigh. Do we know who this Larry guy is? Could have Larry taken Haleigh as an insurance policy to insure that RC had his back where the Mexicans are concerned since now we hear there was a hit out on him? Just a thought.

I've got to go to work for the next five hours and it's going to drive me batty trying to figure out who this "Larry" guy is. Somehow he is connected to this case or RC wouldn't bring his name up. Supposibly RC had had a fight with a guy up in Cresent City the day of or the day before Haleigh went missing and if my memory serves me correctly that's where the Mexicans are. If my hunch is correct, and Larry is the one who took Haleigh then it's possible that Haleigh might still be alive. My heart is so heavy right now and I pray with all my heart that Haleigh is still with us.
