What if Mexican gangs are involved? Maybe they messed with the wrong crowd. If they tell LE, they are pretty much screwed either way. If they walk free.. the gangs will get them and/or their families for ratting. If they tell LE but still go to prison for whatever they did to cause the gang hit, they still get hit by the gangs in prison for for ratting. A lose-lose for ratting. Just pondering :waitasec:

In this audio they talk about Tommy's hair, he looks bald and Lindsey going to hang out with her friend. Tommy said he rather have his parents watch the kids, Lindsey says she trust her friend to watch them. Tommy says that nobody better be spanking his kids. He says he trust Lindsey going out.
Lindsey mentioned that her friend just got arrested that week but that she didn't know why they arrested her. It was an old warrant and that they took her somewhere else before the jail to talk to her about a Jerry. They booked her then let her go home on a $200. 00 bond.

Lindsey talks about spending all her money..she got 3pairs of thongs, fire truck and other for the kids. A $90.00 comforter and she lent Hank sr. $100.00 for his tags until Friday. Tommy said just give it to him, Lindsay says no, I am lending it to him because he owes them money to. She said don't mess with her money. ( I wonder if this is her tax money?)

Lindsy said when the cops picked up her friend, that that "somewhere else" was in a secluded area and her friend, who was alone, was afraid they were going to harm her. I think Tommy is jealous and resents his wife who gets to enjoy all the comforts of home with herself and her beautiful children. He argued with her when she told him how pleased she is with the lovely comforter set she bought.

I think they had a talk with her new friend telling her they wanted to know anything Lyndsy told her.

Ha Ha. Then I gave Mr. Ronald too much credit for his "street smarts". Ronald obviously has limited gang knowledge. (or at least is pretending not to as part of his cover up)

Curious about the fact that Misty had been at some Mexicans house whom Nay nay said were really scary and then Ronald brings up Mexicans. Maybe Misty stole drugs from them and they were actually there for Misty but she wasn't there. The tape of the guy at the bus stop mentioning that Misty says something like "it's sh&t" to whomever was in the red car and he thinks she is talking about drugs. So that is why the LDT is saying she knows something. Did LE ever search out those mexicans? Interview them?

I see it too. Also, she is helped along to make the decision by her grandparents. If you want shelter and support, the Croslins are out! Not allowed over. She says herself she could lose her whole family over this. (and I don't think she is referring to the Croslin family)
She is moving in the right direction, but it is still tenuous. Baby steps. Hoping she finally gets brave enough to take the leap and shut that door.
It's a good sign that she is finally embarrassed to be associated with that crew, including Tommy. It means she is realizing she is better than that.

I believe Lindsy is afraid she may have her children taken away from her. DCF was notified after Tommy fell asleep at the bus stop and LE told her Lisa and Hank Sr can't visit her children at her home I believe. Maybe I missed it, but I heard Lindsy talk only about Tommy's sleeping habits. She said he is a sound sleeper and doesn't wake up to go attend to his children's needs during the night. She said something else but it's not important. Tommy said he went to Ronald's to check on his sister at 10 pm, so what is important to know is what time did he return to Tyler? I assume Tommy was home when the call was placed to the non-emergency line at the police department at 1:30 stating HaLeigh was seen in her home 1 1/2 hours ago.

It bothers me too that Lyndsey is mad at Misty and does not want her to see her kids but Tommy tells her to let them. Tommy wants to keep Misty happy.

For the life of me, I can't understand how they can have lulls in their conversations (at times it seems like ful minutes) when they are talking about nothing of importance, but let one thing of interest pop up, and they talk all over each other.

I believe they can't talk coherently due to their lack of education. I tried to include a sentence of Misty's before they begin discussing Joe and couldn&#8217;t. Misty was trying to say LE need to ruin the life of the person who did this not ours and she gets so muddled up, I couldn&#8217;t type it and gave up. Even though I can decipher what she is trying to say, she desperately needs help to communicate in a way that is meaningful. IMO, her speech impediment explains why LE say her stories contain inconsistencies. Misty is adamant that she is telling LE the truth and has told LE everything she knows. I believe her inability to communicate is one of the major obstacles in this case. The Court needs to appoint her an advocate who can clear up her inconsistencies and accompany her to court hearings and meetings with LE and her lawyers. She is severely "handicapped" and this issue needs to be addressed. Misty is on the same level as a 4 year old who doesn't make sense when they talk. They are taking advantage of her IMO and it makes me angry to see this going on.

but on one of the tapes, TC tells LC that he didn't want her speaking with Misty. So why is he now asking Lyndsy to take their kids to see her?

Yes she was...lets not forget she was also up very late that night working on insurance paper work. So, she would of known where Timmy and Joe were at. It makes no sense that she turned on Joe. She was up late. Where did she say Joe and Timmy were? She had just lay down when she got the call that Haleigh was missing. She had to know where these two were. Again, something is not right with Chelsea and Timmy IMO.

You could be right. I think she gets her message across, but who knows how the machine interprets the "mangling" of sentences.

It might be helpful if after asking her a series of questions, if they went back and asked for clarification of her answers, by asking her to verify by saying "yes" or "no" and comparing this with the questions. I don't know if the machine can get much of a reading on one word answers, but they could try.

What if a person doesn't have English as a first language and they can't find an interpreter - I wonder how that works....

Conversations between Misty, Timmy and Chelsea. Did they stop accepting her calls? Are they being redacted? Timmy is on my hinky meter big time-it's who Misty doesn't talk about that bothers me more than who she does talk about. Those people being Timmy and Ron.

Yes, I realize they're being targeted, but they know what to do to stop it. There's not a single one of them that isn't hiding something. & that goes for Hank & Lisa, too. If they were truly in the dark, they'd tell their offspring to put up or shut up. & then refuse to talk to them, until they told the truth.

Hank tells Misty to keep calling Timmy, he is going to get minutes put on his phone as soon as he gets the money. Sounds like they want her to call, but can't afford it right now. Honestly, I'd hate to have to spend $2.50 per phone call, twice a day. In three months, (which it's almost been)that's about $450.00. I can think of better things to do with my money.

IF thats the case she needs to quit with all the I love you and I miss you crapola as well as some other personal information she has elaborated on in her visits with Tommy..JMO

Lindsy tells her husband she loves him and misses him out of habit. Obviously she has grown emotionally through this ordeal and is thoroughly enjoying her independence from him. She is future oriented and I don't believe she misses him all that much. Maybe initially she did, but she learned from the pain she suffered during their marriage and she is a stronger person, more cautious and determined not to live in the past. Regaining your figure after giving birth to 3 children is a huge accomplishment IMO and I didn't hear Tommy say anything to win her heart and keep the flame burning while they're apart. To reach Lindsy, Tommy needs to do something personal like write her love letters and ask for a picture of her to help strengthen and comfort him. He seldom praises his wife and I have only heard him criticize and belittle her. Their time apart is benefiting Lindsy who could have lost her children if there was no "divine intervention" and she stayed with Tommy.
