Like clients never lie to their attorneys.

(PS--Hi, Pensfan!)

  • #25
T's Attorney: Tommy told grandma Flo nothing about Joe or what happened.

  • #26
Trying to discredit Flo. Saying no way could both grandkids called her within 15 min
of each other.

fwiw - I find Tommy's attorney pretty forthcoming as far as defense attorney's go...

  • #28
Tommy knows something but is not responsible. Attorney said correct.

  • #29
Attorney will now say that his client is not responsible, but he knows something.

  • #30
Wow!! Tommy's attorney: Tommy knows what happened but isn't responsible.

  • #31

Werter: Correct.

  • #34
Tommy knows something but is not responsible. Attorney said correct.
Well....is it "Joe did it". He hasn't implicated Misty or Ron. This is no news.

  • #35
Atty: tommy simply told her (GMF) to get hold of Lindsey and me

  • #36
It wasn't that Tommy knows something it was that Tommy knows what happened! Big difference IMO

  • #37
April 11 Lindsey calls attorney to make appt to discuss LDT. Attorney says he cannot give result of LDT. Says they went to dock BECAUSE of ToC polygraph....ugh

bumping - because I think it is important that this has been confirmed by Tommy's attorney.

  • #38
earlier on JVM - Atty: because of Pgraph, LE led to the river, but I cannot say he passed

  • #39
Tommy knowing what happened and taking a poly. Hardy could have changed it to a homicide and felt comfortable doing so because Tommy passed his poly on whether or not Haleigh was alive or dead and what happened to her.

  • #40
ToC attorney was certainly hesitant to completely exonerate his client. Sounds like the "Joe did it and my innocent client was forced to help him toss Haleigh to the gators" strategy.
