Yes perhaps, also we are listening to an attn. He is a defense attn? That gives me pause. JMHO. I think he's givings us accurate info. I just think he's not going to say ToC is guilty. It's his job to not say so even if ToC is....I'm not saying ToC is guilty it's just that his lawyer would never admit to it if he were KWIM?

ToC attorney is being evasive about what question ToC failed on polygraph.

My impression is that he failed on many questions and passed others. Atty prob had a "come to meet Jesus" with Tommy and advised him to lead LE to the dock. JMHO

These shows call and ask/beg for these attorneys to come on knowing that the attorneys can't say much. The shows try anyway but it should be of no surprise that he's not saying much. If he's any good- he shouldn't be! (cough cough Baez)
