Pretty sure she has been listed, because I had to ask who it was once. However, I don't recall seeing anything like twice a month for the past year. :waitasec:

Oh fer pete's sake...I don't care and the public doesn't care if somebody has a 'close' relationship with the Anthony's and their extended family and they 'trust' her - she shouldn't get paid for her closeness, she should get paid for her work.

ETA - I'm digging the JAC lawyer dude, he's right on. They can't find a mitigation person in the state of Florida?

There -- you know, case history, case example, many time we`re allowed to work on the case together. Many of my cases, I let the defense expert observe. It`s nothing wrong.

JAC says issue of costs for travel. But says if court determines if work done cannot be duplicated they won't argue. Says local MS can do this work, no travel except mileage.
