Says Judge denied motion...?

Did I miss something..is this from this morning's hearing...link says updated today...forgive me guys if this is old news

There -- you know, case history, case example, many time we`re allowed to work on the case together. Many of my cases, I let the defense expert observe. It`s nothing wrong.

GRACE: Dr. Lee, are you telling me that you are working on the case pro bono, for free?

LEE: Yes.

JP will go over billiing with a fine tooth comb. So will JAC. The rate goes down to $40 an hour July 1. JP will scrutinize travel, hotel Court yard by Marriot stay at by cheapest possibel rate. Will be held to rates by FL State statue. Car rental is compact car, if she wants something bigger she pays the difference. She is granted. JB out of state investigator
