how much does mr lee take to sell his soul to the devil?

his forensics were a joke in 1995, there even worse now. everything is theory presented as facts, not facts presented as evidence.

A box of oranges..

Baez unprepared again. :sigh: He should have known that he was going to be asked to provide the total hours that the mitigation specialist had already spent working with KC.

What is it going to take for him to learn to bring the proper docs to court with him?!

tie a string around his finger. or his throat.

KC doesn't want to be present for hearings because she doesn't like it when Judge Perry says, "If the defendant is found guilty of first degree murder she will either get the death penalty or spend life in prison without parole. Those are the only two options." He likes to remind her of that. ;)

Well, somebody better sedate her for Tuesday's hearing when AL is arguing Death Penalty motions. KC is gonna be a wreck.

I admit, I laughed out loud and said a few choice words when he dared to ask for that. AND I was thinking, well if you are obviously thinking of buying two USED cars at that bargain basement price of $6,000+, you certainly would not get the EXACT same test results of dead body smell, because he would have to use ANOTHER dead body, and that would mix with the smells of a used car that was NOT KC's car, and therefore, the results would be ENTIRELY DIFFERENT.

-------------------------
I would tell JB.if he's planning to test squirrels and /or pizza, the Body Farm already did that.No soap. They did it using two cars like kcs..:banghead:

She'll probably be angry, scribbling notes, balling her hands into fists and poking her fingers into her eyes. Look for a bright red face and AL being all motherly.

I expect they were planning to recreate the trash found in Casey's trunk and leave it in the trunk of one of these used cars in a white bag from June ?, 2010 until July 16, 2010 (to match weather conditions as closely as possible), then keep the trunk closed until whenever it was that the air samples were taken, to see if, for example, quantities of chloroform a million times higher than would be expected from a dead body are spontaneously created from empty Velveeta cheese sauce boxes.

If they decide to fund the test themselves, I hope they also remember to put one of Caylee's hairs in the trunk to see if it gets a death band from being in close proximity to an empty pizza box. :waitasec: Hopefully they will be able to find the right hairbrush...

The defense couldn’t possibly recreate what was in the white trash bag when KC initially placed it in her trunk because of the maggots. See, first the maggots polished off the good little tidbits left in the Oscar Mayer Hard Salami package, then devoured what had remained in the Stouffer’s skillet dinner, multiplying like crazy and still hungry the maggots then cleaned up the two Kraft Velveeta Dinners. After all the cheesy appetizers, the maggots descended upon the main course in the pizza box and proceeded to polish off the pizza. This of course is when GA opened the trunk at the towyard. While the maggots were making new friends with the insects in the dumpster the head maggot invited every insect within earshot to join him for some of Milwaukee’s Best Light beer, and a chew. Being rather small in stature he was quickly inebriated. About this time the white trash bag was picked up by police. When the officer retrieving the bag mused to himself, “I wonder how much food these maggots ate?” The head maggot piped up and slurred “We plead the fifth” So there is just no way of telling how much food was in that bag decomposing (if any), before those maggots went on their eating binge.
So, in my opinion, it was very wise of the judge to deny the defense the money to buy two used cars, when it would be impossible to recreate with any accuracy the conditions and contents of what was in the Pontiac trunk.

RBBM I would not be surprised if there is a violent Maggot revolt if the source of their partying and inebriation is summarily found guilty as well dispatched to another world. Officers ! Be prepared! Attenshun!:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Don't forget all the while, they were enjoying a high on high levels of chloroform in which kills humans for some reason but does not kill flies or maggots. IMO

What? Can you clarify, please?

Wait, does this mean they are anticipating a guilty verdict and maybe even the DP??? Or are they just covering their bases.....cause I can understand having a mitigation specialist when the trial starts OR to help defend Casey to the not guilty outcome. Color me confused:waitasec:

Adding too that I'm not even 100 percent sure if I linked to the right person - but I found a JB within that 1998 News Letter and the subject matter sure seems to fit this case.

I'm thinking they are covering their bases and uncovering psychology to back a specific angle of defense. :waitasec:

Overall today, I think it was a good day for the defense. We found that Hl is still with us. The Judge is going to do an expert by expert basis to decide on disclosure. I think the defense asked for the best and got most. IMO

I find this Judge to be very fair to the defense. They are much better off now. They are now asking for the new Judge to review the disqualified Judges rulings. It is nice to know that we will not have to wait long for his decisions. Moo

I wish I could clarify. I have asked in the chemist thread how this is that these high levels of chloroform kill humans but not flies. No answer from any of them. So, no I can not clarify. thanks

My eyes are crossed so I'll have to finish reading tomorrow.

During the hearing today, I walked into my kitchen and I thought I heard Jed Clampett's voice coming from the T.V. I turned around to look and it was MC speaking.

I don't think Casey dosed the maggots and then tossed them in the trunk though...

Who hid evidence from the prosecution, per Judge Fidler's ruling in the Spector trial. This fact will bite the defense in the butt, imo.

He declared on NG show that he was working Pro Bono but now apparently he needs fees and expenses from JAC....?

Which reminds me that I asked this question in another thread and now I can't find which thread it was. lol

Do you think the SA will try to impeach HL?

I know the defense continues to beat on this dead horse but I really do not see his honor changing Judge S.'s ruling on this unless they have some really clear, see through and convincing evidence as to why they should get it! Yes that would be payday for atty.'s no doubt though.

Yes Mr. Baez you are going to learn what "a horse of a different color" means.

ITA, and I hope that horse turns Baez's face many colors when it kicks him! That's how I see him learning what that means.

Go on defense, keep digging yourself in deeper. I'm just going to get more popcorn, prop my feet up, and enjoy the show! NEXT!
