JP: asking JAC if there are any objections of HLee, JAC responds by objecting to out of state providers.

JAC objects to the use of out-of-state providers due to the travel expense- yes!

JB--$2,000 travel
Judge--does that include airfare?
JB--Yes and hotels, etc
Judge--different rates for travel, "We don't pay the full monte, so to speak", JAC can tell you what is paid for that
JB--did research, it's $75 per hour, estimate best he can do under circumstances

JAC--re Dr. Lee, JAC objecting to use of Dr. Lee since he is out of state, taxpayers should not bear cost

JP: asking if JAC has discussed how many hours Dr. L has put in to this case, have they discussed it with defense. JAC says no they have not.
Asking JB to bring court & JAC up to speed on how many hours Dr. L has put in etc.

Seeing how the defense hasn't done much of anything, other than writing motions. it shouldn't be any big deal getting an expert in the state of FL to do what Henry Lee is supposed to do.

Dr. Lee did state on NG one night that he (he said all of them) were working pro-bono. Now that our tax dollars are paying, he isn't pro-bono? :waitasec:

OMG...Baez said car belonged to anthony family and NOT Casey...where know where this is going too!!!

edit for clarity...Baez said the car belonged to the anthony family at one time...it was my comment that he left out casey owing the car...just want to be clear.
