When JP was talking about the only two options, LWOP or DP, I heard the back courtroom door open and close. I wonder if the Anthonys were in there but left at that point.

Baez, "I believe only one other."

Good Lord the Prosecution(love them) must answer for JB...

IMO Baez does not want to tell the Court "officially" who his experts are.even though the experts themselves have come out on Media shows saying they are working for Casye and her defense.

Judge Perry - "we've been going at this since 9:00, it's almost 10:30, recess until 10:45. We need to go through this list and see who is going to testify. I need an expert for "this", JAC can respond, and then (Baez) can respond. How much workup has been done, etc."

Basically, Judge Perry is telling Baez to get his sh** together and be prepared when they return from recess!

JP says its almost 10:30, going to call recess until 10:45. Says they need to get through list of 19 witnesses. His question is this a new witness or someone who has been on case since beginning and has done lots of work already. That is what he wants to establish for each, now in recess, asks JB to narrow the list down .
