JP says again, defendant charged with MURDER, with emphasis, showing kc now, says expert has already been retained etc. , court will permit this expert, but will be bound by rules of JAC, I think that was for the entemologist (sp?).

If the JAC is going to pay these experts and if these experts have agreed to be paided by JAC rates....then I want to know why the Defense Expert List has not been filed with the Court? Baez knows who they are, he has a list of names....File your list with the Court Baez. IMO
