If the JAC is going to pay these experts and if these experts have agreed to be paided by JAC rates....then I want to know why the Defense Expert List has not been filed with the Court? Baez knows who they are, he has a list of names....File your list with the Court Baez. IMO

I got the impression Judge Perry kinda wants to know that, too.

He cracked me up when right after he looked at LDB and said, "Ms. Burdick, you look like you want to say something".

For those not watching please be advised there is not ONE moment when Baez does not try to get in a swipe at someone. He either makes a disparaging comment or some inappropriate joke...it really makes me sick and I suspect it will only get worse.
