DNA? Let me guess they're going to pay someone to say it's not Caylee. And oops CA had her cremated.

JB says DNA essential to the case, State says Koby was listed as witness, no longer listed as witness. JP asking who the dna expert is now and JB says no, doesn't want to say, JP says if we pay for it we like to know, if don't know who it is we don't pay. JB evasive, names a lab but no name.
JB says they just deposed fbi dna analyst. JP says you only get one expert that will be paid. JAC wondering why this is out of state and why not local, many experts available here.

JP says samples can be consumed and so grants the request under the JAC regulations and only ONE expert will be paid for this.

Next, Trace evidence expert? Judge wants him to be more specific, hair, fibres, etc.

Love it about Judge Perry. He doesn't let anything get by him, and keeps JB firmly in place and makes him accountable!!!

Have not assigned this to Dr. Lee, will get in-state if Dr. Lee can't do it.

Judge says if Dr Lee can do it he won't pay for someone else. If Dr Lee isn't going to do it, Judge wants to know why.

Trace evidence person next. Hair, textile, fibers, etc. He's bringing up Henry Lee, and saying he might do it. Defense has not gotten to who is going to do that. Dr Lee may do it, but court won't approve right now.

Question about whether Dr. L will do this, JP looking a little impatient now, says if Dr. L can do it, do it and if he can't then why can't he, he is qualified... NEXT.
