Mr. Mason pro bono. His travel is covered. Privately retained (lol, Baez) is not covered.

I guess Baez is going to have to ride with someone.

JB says they need to include travel for lawyers in costs. JP says according to JAC CM is pro bono and will be covered , but privately retained attorneys travel is not covered.
JAC says pro bono travel expense is covered when they are the only attorney on the case and so they object to that.

JP says his travel costs are considered overhead and will not be covered.
JB wants to know if he can please bring this up again, JP says regulations are clear and jury selection shouldn't take more than a week.

I can't believe Baez wasn't called on his statement regarding his witness list in reference to the depositions deadline that they have not been able to go to the OCSO. It has been almost 2 years. I want to know why not, especially since they had time for Baez and 2 other attorneys to fly out to some other state to go over evidence, which, imo, could have been done over a phone or video conference.

JP says 2 courtroom needed, one to hold them, one to question them, 15 min per juror.
CM says also a jury questionaire will also help. JP says not a fan of Jury questionaire, seems redundant, my words.
