So although the defense did get most of what they'd asked for they sure did also lose quite a few biggies imo. (including Casey's request again to waive appearance) It seems as if Jose Baez et al do have some sort of plan in the works and I'm wondering if I'm the only one seeing it. Is it a fabric of my imagination or what?!

Got nothing at all to do with what you are wearing or your hairstyle! Yep lets blame it on the media and the blog leeches as the reason why Casey does not want to be in court what a load of BS!!

She does not want to hear the truth, plain and simple.

I think it's really important for her to attend all hearings. I think the judge is very wise. She needs to face what's going on. She should not be allowed to live in a fantasy land. False hope could cause her to fail to defend herself properly.

Seemed like a really good hearing.

There IS a reason they called it the Anthony family car. IMHO I think they will throw someone in the ANthony family under the bus. Anyone except their poor little innocent KC. Not sure what the other plans are but they defiantley have some.

I don't know JBean, after reading A.Lyon's comments on jury selection and knowing what her jury bag of tricks contains, I can certainly understand JP wanting to corral those antics. I wouldn't consider that "cutting corners" at all. I doubt JP is going to be sitting there with a stop watch.
