Deferring ruling. March 31st 2011-both sides to have turned over all photos they intend to use by this date so they can have time to file objections ahead of trial. State clarifying which photos they are talking about. Judge says all photos (including remains photos) as he's quite sure there will be some objections about those as well.

JB just made a comment about it being a sexist comment. They will try to cite that in their argument to drop the DP based on gender bias.

I think the states argument for the 'party pictures' being relevant should be because: they show Casey's demeanor during the time frame that she claims her child was 'missing'.

She did. She stated that the photos would contradict accounts that she gave to LE.
