And JB said he's going to file yet more motions....
besides the loss of Caylee and being accused of her murder?
She certainly didn't cry when Caylee went missing, so she must be fake crying about being accused of murder.
I'm coming in here late, but tru-tv is showing recaps of Casey while the attorneys are up doing a sidebar. Casey is really digging and poking at her eyes - looking at the tissue afterward. Please...just spare us! Her face is not red and there are no tears. She's faking it - again.
:waitasec:
"she didn't cry when Caylee went missing" : TL says she was awake crying at night
"so she must be fake crying about being accused": she wouldn't
be worried about being accused, whether she's guilty or innocent? I'm not sure I get you here.

Can you quote where TL said she was crying at night over the loss of Caylee? I'd appreciate reading it, thank you lots.:waitasec:

Who are all the extra women behind the defense table? Geez, everyday it's more.
I think her conscience is absent. She only cries because she feels sorry for herself. My Mother always said that a clear conscience was the best pillow.
I think that applies to Casey. A guilty conscience will wake you up at night..
IS it me or is anyone else severely underwhelmed by the power of A Lyons arguments? I thought that as a teacher she would be much more articulate and definitely not so whiny...:twocents:
I didn't like him dressing down Ashton, either, but at the end of the day, JP is a fair and excellent judge. This will be a fair trial, to be sure, imo.May I ask why JP is shown such respect by the defense but they couldn't seem to show it to Judge Strickland?
What is the difference between the 2?
I thought Jeff Ashton was wonderful; very passionate and well spoken.
I didn't like the judge giving him a little dressing down and I don't feel that the judge is very well spoken at all considering his position of power.
He should say his words more clearly.
Maybe i'm just pizzed at him for scolding Ashton. How dare he!
I got the impression that the judge liked Ms. Lyon.
