Someone tell me please...what exactly did she offer for the defense that is going to help them? This was a stupid move by AL in my opinion and a waste of the courts time, not to mention it was a low blow to the SA since they had no time to prepare for her testimony. But I gotta give JA props...he was brilliant!

AL: The prosecution's attempt to use photographs from up to years before this case and their descriptions of my client as "scantily clad", these things are irrelevant to this case.

And their decision later to seek the death penalty for some reason they won't disclose...

Generally speaking when the death penalty is sought it is because there is a history of severe neglect or abuse of the child, or a particularly horrendous form of murder which also doesn't exist in this case.

....lack of evidence regarding whether this death was even a homicide or was a natural death, or some form of concealment of a natural death to look like a homicide, they have no evidence or facts

IMO Lyon should of had a better witness.

Get on with IT!!!! Don't know about anyone else, but I just turn off when she speaks. Too drawn out, too all over the place, too monotone. If I were on the jury, I'd need to take "this is something that will make sure you pay attention pill"
