I'm sure it's been mentioned many times on this thread (sorry, it is moving so fast I can't keep up!) but GA's absence is notable....and who is the lady that sits with CA now? At the last hearing CA didn't pay any attention to GA, in fact she kept her back to him as much as possible.....while her friend tried to keep her cleavage under control (anyone remember seeing that?) Sorry mods, there is a break in the action and I digress.....

Chloroform
and just for good measure, more duct tape.

I'd say those are aggravating factors.

Exactly, BeanE. They try so hard not to humanize Caylee. They already have such a mountain to climb, trying to defend Casey. They need all the help they can get. So they avoid reminding people of what a beautiful, adorable little girl Caylee was.
