OMG - I think I'll puke if I find out Dede was taking the naughty pictures of Terri that she ended up sending to MC. Where's that puke icon at?

according to the affidavit they were btwn terri and mc...Nurse...what do you think that this means? That the sexual images involved Dede and Terri? Or that there's a possibility that it was Dede doing the sexting?

but the fact that dds was most likely a house guest during that time frame is kinda funky to me. And also were her parents also there at the same time???
~snip~
Terri Horman had said the only change in their household was the arrival of her dad, Larry Moulton, from Roseburg to support her. Her mom, Carol, has been with the family since soon after Kyron's disappearance to help out.

does it matter that she had a houseful of guests while sexting and sending graphic sexual pictures of herself in various stages of undress to MC at the time? I guess not so much. But it sures makes you wonder... or I should say, it makes me wonder what the heck she was thinking.
I am anything but a prude, and I find this disgusting. Not the sex part, but just the fact that she has all these people at the house to "help her," people bringing groceries, food, stuff, people printing fliers to find kyron, searchers out in the woods...and she is doing this kind of stuff.
I wonder if she even knows what appropriate behavior is.
With absolutely no snark intended, I would be amazed if there was a receipt which showed payment for human trafficking.
BUT, if Kaine Horman continues to use his divorce as a way to try his wife without any charges against her for the disappearance of his son, I have a feeling that will backfire on him, badly.
A receipt? Seriously? When LE looks for possession of money in a person who might otherwise not be expected to have any, I'm certain they are not looking for a receipt. They are looking for a thread to trace back to a source of funds - be it drugs or theft or any other activity. If Terri had funds that Kaine didn't know about, it would be a clue. And the source of the funds would be another clue. And the ultimate story would be composed of many different clues that were gathered through various sources.
I don't blame Kaine one bit for doing everything in his power to figure out the truth of what happened in his marriage and to his son. If he thinks this will help uncover some other "truth" - even one so relatively mundane as "Terri lies a lot" or "Terri was engaged in an affair" - then I'm behind him. I'm sure Kaine has good legal counsel who won't let a grieving, angry, bewildered and lost man take over the reins of the criminal investigation through his divorce, but I wouldn't blame them at all for trying to get some evidence of some truth, no matter how seemingly small to those standing on the outside.
Tangentially, I read in Elizabeth Edwards' book Resilience that after her teenage son died, she would sometimes be compelled to walk into his room and look for him in the drawers of his dresser. Intellectually she knew her son had died and in any case could not fit in a dresser drawer, but in her grief and anguish she would still open the drawer to look.
Maybe Kaine is dealing with his grief in ways that appear a certain way to someone on the outside, but make perfect sense to him in the moment. An immediate divorce, or forcing Terri to provide some evidence to him of something related to his son, even tangentially, might be a compelling need for him right now while deep in his grief. As long as Kaine isn't doing anything illegal (hoping his attorney is watching over that) or something that harms those around him, I think the man should be allowed to just deal in whatever way he can.

Yes, and that should apply to all.
Horman came up through a back elevator and stoically walked past TV cameras, news photographers, and reporters to a fifth-floor courtroom for a scheduled 3 p.m. divorce-related hearing before Judge Keith Meisenheimer. She and her lawyers were escorted by three Multnomah County sheriff's deputies to the courtroom.
Is Kaine there?
