"I didn't have a reason not to return back to work"

That is going to come back to haunt her.

how is all this relevant? the issue is the damn 911 call....

Is JB going to ask any real questions?

Yeah, except it's I can't remember, I don't know for sure, I probably said that...COME ON CINDY!!!!! YOU KNOW WHAT YOU SAID!!!!! I am so LIVID at her vagueness here!

Exactly! This is the same lady that could quote page numbers, etc., when being questioned during the civil depo's.

Selective memory!

Do you understand what they are trying to do here? Their only concern today is to get that 911 call thrown out! They don't want the jury to hear it. So in order to do this she is trying to say that GEORGE was the one that said it smelled like a dead body and that is why she said it on the call - and that makes it HEARSAY from GA NOT an excited utterance..whihc if the judge agrees - it will be thrown out and the jury will never hear it.

SHE IS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH PEOPLE> understand that.

Wow just a normal day, huh, Cindy? That stinky smell was no big deal...GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!

I can't wait for SA to cross examine her! I am so MAD!

Anyone else notice that quick big eye look, when CA said NO?

I don't remembah...I don't recall...I have no memory of anything at all. THOSE MEMORIES SHOULD BE BURNED INTO HER BRAIN. I call BS

flipping between hln and trutv

jean c saying they're trying to discredit it by saying george said dead body... not her..
interesting

The doll was in the carseat!

I find this strange. Am I reading too much into it?

geesh, How could she NOT smell the car herself when she cleaned the "damned" car!!!

When you got home did you smell car again? Yes. What did you do? Let the dogs out, took pants out of washer, removed backpack and other items from car. Searched through KC's items 15-20 minutes. What did you find? Caylee's backpack and couple of her toothbrushes, diaper or two, comb, and her doll was in back seat in car seat. In her bag that was on front seat was envlope w/5-10 resumes for an Amy Huizenga. What did you do with info you obtained from KC'
s items? At some point tried to call KC but couldn't get answer, found AH number on resume, called her.

Cant recall if mentioned car smell i n convo w/Amy

George and Cindy's cars left in the drive, Casey's on rt side of Garage.

At home, George said car smelled like something had died in the car. (before 3:00)

Yes, George had smelled dead bodies before.

Did not call LE or Casey at that time.

Kept all car windows open and opened the sunroof. Cindy went through the car, collected some items and put some trousers in the laundry and went back to work.

Conversation back at work: probably had a few convs about the smell of the car, can't remember particulars. Can't be sure she told anyone that George had said the car smelled like a dead body. Did a little work. At office around 3:30, stayed until 4:30. Told by supervisor to go home. "At that point, I had no reason not to return back to work."

Then goes home. Arrives around 5-5:30
