Then just said something really wrong..... she said that she was a minor when this all came down.... no Misty was 18 when arrested.

Flo said she thinks if Ron testifies against Misty she will break down in the court room. Asked if Misty was still in love with Ron she said yes.

That's it....... Flo said she lost her whole family.

I've never doubted it.....I believe it to be <part of> the reason she STILL won't tell the truth.

Well, I think believing that story depends on just how much the Cummings maternal side of the family were willing to do to put suspicion onto Tommy and Joe. If they were VERY willing, they would have had to allow the Croslins to dispose of Haleigh. If they absolutely could not do that, then it is untrue and the Cummings kept the secret of where Haleigh was put to themselves.
