I had the most incredulous look on my face when he said that. There is NO WAY they have to go through 23,000 docs on EACH witness before deposing them. What a crock of a sorry excuse. :loser:

I think I see where this is going. It's going to be "Well we HAD to go with a plea bargain because the state and HHJP wouldn't let us do what we had to do, so we couldn't bring this case to court". I can hear it now...(of course, that's if they were to actually get one. I'm sure they'll be more whining if they go for one and the state flat out says NO).
