Baez just said that a majority of the labs are not ASCLD certified. That is a bold faced lie. ASCLD is a Gold Standard for labs.

JB motion says it all, the disagreement is about the country test will be located in. Denver Lab to be established in the next 30 days if the state will not allow evidence to foreign country.
