Doesn't matter if the A's are in the courtroom or not. Baez, Medina or the Media Guy can sit there and simply text them anything they need to hear, rebut, say once they are on the stand. We know that HHJP has been lax about courtroom rules thus far i.e smartphones, IPads, gum chewing, vodka, err umm, water bottles, etc.

The rules don't apply to the A's and they are smugly aware of it.

1. Great possibility that their testimony will be colored if they sit and listen to other wits testify (previous evidence/testimony indicates that their testimony can be colored)

2. They will testify first and then be exused and brought back in

This is for this hearing and this hearing alone. Will take this up on hearing by hearing basis and again prior to trial or just before we begin testimony in the month of May

Motion denied..Anthonys testimony might be colored so the sequestration motion denied....if they testify first, then they can come to listen to others testify, only for this hearing....will be taken up hearing by hearing...

Anthony's are not special and they should stop thinking they are...JMHO
