The way she behaves just hits me wrong not a worry in the world. Could be there for a traffic infraction not facing the death penalty. She thinks she is winning because JB put on the stupid lawyer act and now he is Super Lawyer. While making the SA work twice as hard. He is a slippery one just like her.

I don't see how that is at all possible, given what he has done. In many, many ways, he's in this up to his eyeballs and past.

Ya know, I was a a bit concerned during Reginald Hosey's direct exam by JB, but after LDB's cross I am convinced that they thought this was a run-of-the-mill domestic dispute. I would've thought the same if I heard those two yapping at and about each other. Hosey's testimony about his walk/chat with KC was great new stuff!

When they get called out for domestics, do officers get a run-down from dispatch or anyone of prior calls to that address and what type they were? Or would they only know that there was a history of disturbance calls to the Anthony casa if they had happened to respond to one previously?

He couldn't recall the most basic info, but could recount an entire conversation with KC? If this was trial time and I was a juror, I'd completely disregard his testimony.

I think Hosey (sp?) thought this was just a domestic thing and I don't think he's lying, but he was far too vague.

At least Baez is not sporting a red tie - or pocket square.....He's in pale yellow - that fits. LOL.

I love LDB in dark colours - really shows her beauty. That looks like a deep green suit she is wearing today.

I though so but maybe he was called to address another motion?? I notice the court officer keeps looking into the audience to check up on folks lol! I think it would be hysterical is one or all of the As were escorted out. They`re being good today though, just chewing the gum at a more manic pace.

ICA's smirking is driving me wild..as if she's got something to smirk about...she actually believes she will walk....I don't think so. I believe there was too much chaos and confusion July 15, 2008..it went from CA wanted her daughter arrested for GTA/CC fraud...domestice dispute...this actually makes my blood boil...

That Private Investigator of the defenses really bothers me... he sits there like he is the head of some sort of Mafia.

What was that about?? With John Allen?

And WHY does he need to be sitting with the defense? Do Melich and Allen get to sit with the SA?

BTW - grown men (especially in Florida) look ridiculous in mock turtlenecks. Also dark pants would have been more appropriate than khakis with that "Solidarity Red" color he is sporting.

Can you imagine how hectic it was at that house that night when they arrived? Cindy and Casey were screaming back and forth (according to Lee) to where they had to seperate them. Stolen monies, stolen car, stolen child. Cindy saying there is, Casey saying, no, she is fine... my mom's a basically a lunatic. It had to be confusing.

I also think that it is nice that they are at least being honest with what they don't remember. Hosey (s?) could have easily just as much lied about the handcuffing (remembering) when he didn't. He told them he honestly doesn't remember that incident.

Whatever... I think that the written statement and the statement at the house will be in... the Universal Studios will be out (it's just too iffy).

She just opens a stack of papers at an unknown location and pretends to be studying/reading as she's eavesdropping on the convo behind her.... I think she's read the same sentence 3 times. Or is just staring at the paper.
