Yah, he doesn't know when the handcuffs were removed, but can describe the height and weight of 3 tall detectives that closed the door, and kept the poor little kitten in that small room (which was physically described to the judge).

CM says she was never advised of her Miranda rights until the October arraignment? Is he serious?

CM doesn't have his facts in this case - ICA was arrested on July 16, 2008 for obstruction of justice, child neglect, and lying to LE. So, he can't say she wasn't mirandaized until Oct. 14 when she was indicted. I know LDB will set the record straight when she argues this motion.

Cheney Mason does not both me as much as he bothers others. I understand that he has a job to do. He is stating what he was told by his clients parents. He has no choice but to say these things because his job is to get these statements suppressed.

I would rather listen to him than JB.

My question is this: Who do you believe? Law Enforcement - Melich, Allen, Eberlin, Acevedo

OR

Known, proven (via conflicting depos, statements, testimony), and PROUDLY SELF-PROCLAIMED liars (and liars under oath at that) George and Cindy Anthony?

No question.

ETA: I'm not accusing the A's - I am going by the FACT that they have both said that they have lied and will lie again if necessary. Those statements were made in court, giving testimony, under oath.
