Wow! You'd almost think he was defending her on stolen car charges. Hello- Why would a grieving innocent victim of a kidnapping want to leave the LE who were going to help her?? This is making her look so guilty!!

I'm not clear why KC was handcuffed on July 15 or early 16th but when she was taken into the room on the grounds of Universal, it was for the purpose of getting to the bottom of the lies she was telling as she was supposed to be cooperating with LE to find Caylee. When LE realized that KC was leading them down an empty path, they had reason to question her. She was not under arrest, correct?

This is not fair to LE imo. They were trying to find a little girl and were becoming more and more concerned that finding Caylee was not going to be easy. KC told them she would go with them to show them the places she thought Caylee may be or where she had looked for Caylee.

The way I understand it, they couldn't charge her until they had time to investigate but she was arrested on other charges. How can they turn around and say the information is inadmissible when they had to no choice but to try to find Caylee who was missing? Once they knew that, they couldn't ignore that fact. In this one case, Miranda my arse.

P.S. I doubt KC was walking around Universal with handcuffs on. Ugh!
