well my four year old now knows what the *f* word is.....he has been asking and what better place to learn from then the court of law......:thud:

You can tell him that he can use the word when he grows up and becomes a fantastic attorney ;)

the judge is loving LDB! he is calm and not shaking in his chair. I think he is impressed :-)

O/T: I wish JP would give Cindy and George a big ole fine of $1000 for all that gum smackin and head shakin....did he not tell them early on no gum! And in every hearing they are gum smackin and head shakin....

I don't want them fined, I want them thrown out...ejected from the courtroom. I guarantee you he will do it during trial, if not before. That might even be a better approach.

KC must drive JB and CM nutz with her constant nudging, poking and pointing to her writings!

I know, cause she's driving me nuts and I'm not even there

a path they had chosen for themselves and that was to get information from Casey Anthony.

cannot be deemed agents of the state.

And linda brings it home!!!

Oh no..."I find it somewhat..oh well neverming." Please.

It is not lost on me that LDB is citing cases with murdered children.

I LOVE HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She sure is and Casey is as if nothing happen to her baby. How sad, IMO if she was innocent of killing Caylee she would cry at the drop of a hat, esp when someone is talking about other murdered victims IMO. She is cold and soul less IMO. Hope I can say that..if not sorry.. :cow:

CM! Here we go!

:banghead::banghead::banghead:

  • #850
And there you have it. LDB uses the Anthony family's own words against them.

  • #851
He can't.

Casey is allowed to "participate in her own case".

Now you and I know she isn't doing that, she didn't even finish high school let alone higher education.

But still, she's allowed...

It's her method of note taking. She's being dramatic and distracting, IMO.

AZLawyer, is it normal for the defendant to tune out and do busy work at a time like this? Could it be it was suggested so she doesn't give dirty looks or head shakes?

  • #853
Fun's over! CM is up!

  • #854
Oh dear god. The mumbling is the worst it's ever been.

  • #855
Oh NO! CM is back up - groan! He has to keep clearing his throat, and now he has wandered away from the mike - he is just brutal to listen to.

  • #856
CM is coughing and clearing his voice and he is lost...

  • #857
Crap .. Mason up, I was wrong.

  • #858
Now we see what all the table activity was. They were trying to dig up case law.

  • #859
CM up. the state has not paid attention to (cite a case here). The burden is on the state. sixth amendment right.

sa has argued timeline. mic goes out a bit. he mumbles. talking about 'lectronics.

CM's throat-clearing is a nervous habit that is exacerbated when he lacks confidence in what he is saying because he's unprepared.
