I think Roger is her brother, and the one who has custody of DD.

BJD sitting in chair (what appears to be a holding area)

Looks at camera (miffed)

Gets up and walks towards LEO (wiping nose along the way)

BJD has her back to camera

BJD: "put me on camera"

BJD: Billy? (name of LEO)

LEO: Yes?

BJD: Can I go back there, she just recorded me and I haven't got a chance to call Roger yet.

LEO: Yes, Okay, just hang on a second?

LEO: Rachel, can you put her back in detox?

Billy looks at her nails, waits for LEO to open door, and walks thru door

What I find ironic is she has tried so hard to protect him and look who goes to jail first and who gets to stay out.

My guess is - none of her family knew that she was arrested at that point. She saw that she was being filmed/recorded by the media and knew that would be on TV w/i seconds to hours and she wanted to talk to her brother before that happened.

"That mean old reporter won't stop filming me and you said I could call my brother but you haven't let me do it yet and can I go back there where they can't see me and call my brother because I'm really fixing to fit if I can't".

If by Roger she means her brother that has DD, it would make sense she didn't want DD to suddenly see her on TV like that until she'd first gotten to talk to him.

So, 10% for bail is 650.00 to get her out, correct? I wonder if she will get bailed out....

What is so glaringly pathetic in my eyes is the fact that she lied to LE about SA being in her house knowing full well that she is attempting to protect a man that has some sort of an obsession with child porn and that these images her boyfriend collects is of real children being really hurt and really tortured. This man is also a suspect in her OWN daughter's disappearance. How low can one woman go?

Let's add in his hatred of animals, too. NOT that bestiality is the same as torturing children in my eyes at all, but it's still awful. Torturing any living creature is heinous.

I don't think Billie was itching to call Roger out of concern about DD seeing the news; I personally think she's proven just how much she cares about protecting her children. Imo, Roger is probably the most reliable family member; he must be to have been approved by CPS as DD's legal guardian. I think Billie Jean would call reliable Roger from behind bars to start the wheels in motion for getting bail together; much more consistent with her character... JMO...
