I hope that BD is compelled to stay in a "safe place" behind bars for a little bit more, then to a lot more, lots and lots and lots more.

I bet she's not in jail anymore. She's probably one of BD's "regular" visitors. The reason BD was arrested on prescription drugs without a proper prescription, kwim. She's the one BD and SA stopped by to see if she needed anything the day HD was suppose to be sleeping over at MB, according to SA. I bet that is why they stopped to get money from the ATM, mommy needed some money.

Either way, I hope they looked it over and determined it's age and paid attention!

It's a good sign that they were there for 9 hours. A bummer that it took so long to get it searched, but better late than never!

Unless one of them slips up, I think they are both going to continue on lying and covering for each other. They both believe now that LE have not shown anything to them yet to "prove" their guilt, so why would they admit up to it at this point? I can't see either one throwing the other under the bus. Sorry JMO as of tonight.

I am not sure I agree...I think (strangely) Shawn maybe the weak link & either cave or make a deal before BD. I lean towards this theory because of the interview the girls did and he was saying discussing his current lack of having a life, he is worried about being arrested, seemingly concerned BD might make a deal and then I was reading today (sorry I don't know where to find the link) but apparently he has been inconsistent with statements, has made admissions and then taken them back so to speak. If BD has any involvement, I think he would roll on her.

LE is really going to play one off the other at this point and it is going to very interesting to see what happens.

I notice also that although the anchor says grandmother's house, the reporter on the scene says mother's house.

They sure did. Gave me a sick feeling. Between that and the warrant to search SA's body, I find my mind wandering back to notions I've tried to dismiss. Ugh. At least the new developments let us know that LE is seriously pursuing charges against SA, and possibly BD, as well.

I feel as though SA is more likely to talk, if either of them does, unless I have an entirely wrong picture of him. He seems weak and immature to me, without the calculating personality Billie appears to have. Even if he is the guilty party, and Billie learned of it later, I can imagine her telling him the script and not to vary from it, and everything will work out.

IN MSM BD stated that they took the money out for food and gas. In the affidavit SA stated that they took it out to buy illegal drugs. In later interviews BD stated that they used to buy drugs but she tried to make it sound like they were prescribed drugs. That's what I remember about the $140.00 withdrawal...All done on the last night that HD was seen by anyone remotely credible (her brother DD)>

I noticed how she tried to play dumb about that question on NG after the affidavits came out. Drugs? Oh yeah a prescription. Then her mother is arrested for drugs and that's where her and SA went that night after the ATM withdrawal. Oh so very obvious now. How bright is her mother? BD told LE apparently about buying drugs going to her moms house, reminds me of the Cummings/Croslin clan.

Has anyone seen any confirmation that LE did, IN FACT, serve that search warrant on SA's body? We know BD was arrested for saying SA wasn't there - but WAS HE THERE? Did LE find (or search) him out and serve that warrant? Or, did SA sneak out the back and is MIA?

I can't find anywhere that says SA was, IN FACT, found at BD's or his mom's or his grandma's, and that warrant was served and his "body" was searched.

They'll get them anyway they can. BD's mom. They got Misty Croslin and that whole bunch. I seriously doubt LE expected to find child just handed to them in this case. That's why I doubt the memory stick had it because BD gave it to them so I don't think she knew it was on there. Her mind may be half gone from drug abuse, I don't know. She has to be telling herself that SA isn't the one responsible for the child abuse photos on his mothers pc. It's no wonder LE says they think she knows more than she is saying because she's lying for him and now she's in jail she better get with it.

This is what happened with her LPN license:

In 2008, Billie Jean Dunn’s license to practice nursing in the state was revoked by the Texas Board of Nursing. According to the group’s formal charges, Dunn practiced as a vocational nurse without a license from June 1, 2007, to April 20, 2008, while employed at Cogdell Memorial Hospital in Snyder. Board records indicate her license expired May 31, 2007.

Dunn’s conduct “deceived residents, their families, fellow caregivers and the public,” who believed that her practice of nursing was in compliance with the board’s rules and regulations, according to the board’s findings. Dunn was, according to the board, given an opportunity to show compliance with state law to retain her license.

The case was heard in an open meeting in Austin on Nov. 12, 2008. Dunn did not appear, the record says.

Actually, it was the night after her brother last saw her. He last saw her on Sunday night. The withdrawal was done on Monday night. You know, Monday night, when mom should have been checking on her child because child wasn't supposed to be out of their house that day, per BD herself.

I interpret LE's actions today as a message to BD and SA that the game has ended. No waiting around for Billie to turn on Shawn or vice versa. Billie and Shawn can talk until they're blue in the face. It won't matter because when LE does make an arrest, which I expect will be soon, they'll have the evidence in hand.

If he was downloading that amount of then he would need an external hard drive to store it on. Plus they are a good way of hiding files in plain site...If mom and grandma aren't computer savvy then they wouldn't think of turning on the drive turn hence any stored on there wouldn't be seen by them. Plus external drives are portable so you can take them and plug them into any computer.

I have an external drive that use to I back up all my work files and photos. (neither involves )

I do that same. Mine sits on top my tower in plain site but it's portable and can be used with laptops and other computers, so it's handy to have plus it adds all that lovely storage space.

So it is possible that SA is MIA? LE searched houses and took evidence but we just don't know if they actually searched SA's body or, for that matter, even know where SA is?

I would think they (LE) have. They couldn't have charged BD with ostructing apprehension if that hadn't apprehended that subejct - could they? Or could he have "gotten away" and that's extactly why they charged BD?

I just wanna know if SA has been accounted for tonight?

True ! my garage was at this stage one time , but I can tell from experience that is fairly fresh, at least from the pics no discoloring yet, and the mud looks really clean and fresh !
and it is pretty uncommon to sheetrock an unattached garage at least out here in West Texas, where you are going to get a lot of sand ! And I have got to look back at some early pics of that house, I don't remember there being any doors on it , if there are doors then I can see finishing the walls out. JMO
