Officers were able to carry out both search warrants, the official said, but he declined to release what they were looking for or what was found.

It certainly does seem from this article that SA has been accounted for and his "body" has been searched as the warrant said. So why wasn't he arrested? Maybe the "body" search didn't produce what LE was looking for? Maybe LE has to take what evidence they found back and then request that the DA charge him? IDK

I do think it is very strange that he wasn't arrested, yet his "body" was searched.

He is not in custody. But he has been accounted for. Don't know physically where he is - probably either mom's or grandma's - but he certainly is not in custody via vinelink. BD is however, in custody and will be arraigned in the AM. At that time she will probably be appointed a public defender. That means LE has all night tonight to question her - that is IF she doesn't invoke her rights to an atty - at that point I think LE has to back off and a public defender will be called to the jail tonight. - that is I THINK!!!

With the charge being prescription meds without a prescription I would think most likely that when she was "searched" as being handcuffed and read her miranda rights{for the obstruction and false statement to LE charges}..she would've been searched before taken into custody and IMO most likely that is when they found "pills" on Billie.."Pills" which Billie could show NO prescription or prescription bottle for the "pills" that she had..{most likely because they were bought on the "street" where no script is necessary}..BET SHE never dreamed whenever it was she purchased her a few "pills" that those LE officers that are "helping" her find her daughter would later be searching her..finding her "scored" pills and questioning where the prescription was that the "pills" came from..jmo tho..

Isn't that special. She has money for pills, but no money to get out there and search for Hailey. And why on earth would she protect that <unusual person> SA by saying he isn't there (especially when trying to enforce a search warrant). The dude isn't worth the dirt he stands on!

I'm glad they caught her in her lies again (Ms. BJD meet Casey Anthony). The 2 personalities are frightenlingly alike.

Billie and SA just hanging out together on St. Patrick's Day...in spite of everything...like nothing ever happened...glad their day was ruined, at least.

Yah, I can hear her now "they were just talking a little bit" or "he was there to pick up a few things". Even better if the place was strewn with beer cans (remember how insulted that the dinner for the searchers was held in a bar).

Since BJD isn't with SA, how are they gonna get their stories straight? I'd love for one to say the opposite of the other!

I'm trying to remain optimistic that LE will not have to resort to deals and games with BD and SA to solve this case because they have, or will have, the evidence in hand that will reveal Hailey's fate. I rather like to imagine Billie Jean behind bars yapping away to deaf ears, begging for someone to listen to her while LEO's stand nearby chuckling.

What does that mean "dangerous" drugs? A drug is a drug is a drug right?

Are they also saying more than 1 drug?

Can't wait for the affidavit to come out!!

(a) A person commits an offense if the person possesses a dangerous drug unless the person obtains the drug from a pharmacist acting in the manner described by Section 483.042(a)(1) or a practitioner acting in the manner described by Section 483.042(a)(2).

So it seems the dangerous drugs label has to do with the fact that whatever she had was Rx only, but she didn't the Rx...

The mother of missing, Colorado City teen Hailey Dunn has been taken into custody. KCBD spoke with Colorado City's city manager and police spokesman Pete Kampfer Thursday evening. He tells us that a representative from the Mitchell County District Attorney's Office went to Dunn's home and took her mother, Billie Dunn, to the sheriff's office.

She's wearing a "Calling all Angels" shirt. Is this related to Hailey's Angels? I only ask because she was so mad at them after the dinner and said she would no longer support them.

"They are hoping that Shawn [Adkins] did something horrible to Hailey," said Dunn, "and that they're going to prove it, and prove it to me."

"We are not out here for Billie Jean," said Radcliff, "we are out here for Hailey, always have been and for nobody else."
