SA was apparently on the porch of Billie's house while Billie was in jail (per this interview). Media lady asked him if he wanted to say anything and he said no, everything has been said.

So he stayed on her porch after they hauled her away? Is he still sitting there waiting for her to come home?

I can't believe she is still harboring him and protecting him and lying for him. WTH???? So he was in the house with her and they likely wanted to serve out the body search warrant right there. The police have had it with her no doubt. JMO

Well the detox room would be a room with a monitor so they could watch her. I got the impression she just wanted to be taken out of the area where she was being taped. I'll never understand the self rightousness. That is the part that makes me angry.

She is in custody and still trying to call the shots. I'm glad they moved her though or she would claim her rights were abused.

You're not alone there grandmaj. :maddening: She remains absolutely indignant and arrogant, even as she's caught in a bold-faced lie about SA being in her home.

IMO, that sort of personality will never admit her guilt, even when directly confronted with hard evidence. ICA, move over.

WHY would Billie LIE to LE about Shawn being there anyway?

Has she previously agreed to stay away from him (or been ordered to)?

Does she not KNOW that LE is WATCHING and LISTENING?

It just keeps coming back to the point that she is not telling the truth, and considering that LE is trying to find HER DAUGHTER, her FLESH AND BLOOD, what she is doing and saying is completely wrong and in the end, quite detrimental to Hailey being found.

Simple, SA knew that authorities were serving warrants at Gma's house at 1:30 yesterday. He was hiding from LE. Both he and BD must not be too smart cuz where is the next logical place they are going to look for him? Everyone on the street knew that he was at her house everyday, did they think the DA & LE couldn't figure that one out?

Poor Hailey, her Mama failed her on so many levels and it continues to this day :twocents:

oh my, lol...these 2 should be conferring and brainstorming with lawyers and she's sitting in jail, unrepresented, and he's sitting on the porch. MOO. I wish they'd confer and brainstorm with LE, but that's wishful thinking, I guess. MOO.

BBM-I don't know how advanced the jail is there, if in fact it is an actual detox
area or (like someone else posted) an eloquent way of saying "drunk tank".
Some drugs in order to detox, one must be under medical supervision as side effect from drug withdrawals can be life threatening. We don't know for sure what BD might have been taking, how often and how long are factors as well. I don't know how LE handles these situations.
JMO, I think LE put BD in the detox area because it was away from other inmates and would cause less ruckus in the jail.

Personally, I was just thrilled to hear the officer say "put her back in detox" on camera.
Proof that no matter what BD may say...she does have a drug problem.

Having withdrawals might also explain why she didn't accept the attorney. She's messed up and can't think straight IMO. The officer tells the other to put her BACK in detox so she was there before being filmed.

I think *back* in detox is referring to location (in the back away from media).

I did notice she called the deputy by his first name, does she know him personally?

Considering some of the things we've heard about SA's behavior and temper, maybe she's glad to stay behind bars away from him. Just a thought.

This time, anyway, she was interviewed on video, wasn't she? I am hoping all of the interviews have been taped, but we don't really have any confirmation of that, which would enable Billie to lie about what LE said or did not say say. I really hope she was read her rights on tape.

If we're talking an abusive relationship, ordinary rules of logic that most of us would live by don't apply. She might think she desperately wants him back while at the same time being relieved she's safe.
