No lawyer involved.

It would be great if she sat it out, more options for LE.

ETA: 7 pages back, when I responded to the post, she had not been bonded out and my post made sense. Next time I'll start reading back to front. :)

OT/GREAT NEWS! Both defense motions argued two weeks ago were DENIED in the Casey Anthony case! She wasn't in custody at the time of the Universal interview! All statements are in!!!! And the A's are NOT agents of the state! WOOT!!!!

Let Karma keep going and something else good happen for justice for Hailey!

Could a person have some kind of weird ...(shudder!)...implant?

Prisoners hide all sorts of things "you know where". Maybe he carries something with him everywhere he goes.

The way things are going, I think it would be odd if we don't end up hearing about more sex crimes SA is responsible for. Maybe it has been easy to get away with those type of crimes in the area he lives in due , (IMO), to the apparent lack of a well-trained, professionally run police department. The prevelance of the drug culture could also have an negative impact on crimes being reported. I would imagine that some people around there would be afraid that their report of a crime might not be taken seriously, considering the attitude shown by police on the 911 tapes.

Guys I have split out the warrants and affidavit discussion. I would also ask that you to take your theory to the theory thread. This thread remains the arrest thread on BD.

If you have another subject you wish to discuss then please open a new thread as long as the subject meets our TOS.

I will be moving some theory posts also.

I don't think they were really very much aware of CP before this case and how prolific it is. The comment by one of HA's after the appreciation dinner fiasco seem to point in the direction anyway. imo

Billie Jean Dunn admitted this afternoon to lying to police about the whereabouts of her former live-in boyfriend, Shawn Adkins.

After her release from the Mitchell County Jail, Dunn briefly addressed the media outside her home in Colorado City this afternoon.

“He (Adkins) had come over here on his own and I had called his mother to come get him,” Dunn said.

Dunn was asked if she was lying about not knowing what happened to her daughter, Hailey Dunn, who was last seen Dec. 27.

“I am not lying," Dunn said. "Clint (Hailey's father) and I are doing everything we can to look for her (Hailey).”

I must add that if she goes on camera and tells us (again) that he was at her house to get his "stuff" I will seriously get a case of bleeding ulcers
