I know this is not a popular position however, as I see it, JB is rude and disrespectful in open court, yet he is hopefully reprimanded privately?? Was he actually reprimanded? IMO he should be reprimanded in open court and made to apologize to LDB in open court. I still see JP coddling JB and the defense team. Leading them by the hand. Geessch!

I see HHJP as the consummate professional that refrains from calling out any one offender in public. Hence his policy of mostly giving out warnings or reprimands as a blanket statement. I believe, since he IS such a professional and has such respect for the court, that he takes great pains to reprimand individually at sidebar, or in chambers.

Sometimes I wish he wasn't such a pro and would just rip Baez and Cheney a new one, but I believe he prefers to lead by example. God love him.

Water

A specialty subset of cadaver dogs is water cadaver dogs. Similar to cadaver dogs, these dogs have been trained to find the odor of decomposing human remains. However, water cadaver dogs have been specifically trained to locate and indicate the source of the odor to assist divers in a more directed and speedy recovery of a drowning victim.

LBD is absolutely destroying this guy as a expert...she got him to say he is only a reader on per-review records, and only an observer in about 10 to 20 dogs in various situations. Basically he is no better than you or I if we knew someone with dogs to go watch.

He's watched the dogs operate somewhere between 10 and 20 times? And this makes him sufficient to testify to this in court? WOW! Given that standard I am probably a better expert than this dude. (and please note I am NOT saying I am a qualified expert. Far from it.)
