I can not believe Casey can be so stoic while they are talking about post mortem death bands... She can not show any emotion for poor Caylee.

I agree, If she were innocent she would be distraught, if she is guilty she would be somber and trying to fake distraught, instead she keeps writing, writing, stop writing adjust clothing, writing, writing....she is feeling nothing that isn't for herself.
Something is definitely missing from her psychologically speaking or just maybe she has no soul..

And OMG the cheese and pizza stuff. REALLY DEFENSE? I swear they are thinking they are going to get a lobotomized jury. Seriously. Must remove brain before entering courtroom. Lord.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry at the ineptness of the defense at this point. And here I was thinking they couldn't possibly drag out these hearings like last time - I WAS SO WRONG!

According to the defense, it would only mean you were exposed to cheese.

1) KC duct taped cheese and pizza to Caylee's hair and face therefore . . .
she really didn't kill her and Caylee's death band on the hair is just from the cheese and pizza changing her hair to look like a death band. KC never killed her child - she just wanted to make it look like it.

I believe Jennifer Barringer was the lawyer in the Phil Spector case who was charged with felony assault on her husband which was dismissed because the husband after reporting the assault at the hospital refused to work with prosecutors. She hit him with a bottle or something if I remember.

So yeah I bet this Barringer woman would fit right in with this cast of clowns on the defense.
