Hummm..I get the feeling that ms. Simms believes IF she keeps using the term "Band" or "Banding" she will confuse Judge Perry ( NOT LIKELY) Banding, darkening is NOT the same as Decomp Root Banding.....Me thinks in the future the scientific community needs to use differing terminology to differntiation of these things :maddening:

WHY does she KEEP asking the same question so the witness has to KEEP giving the SAME answer? HOW many times does JA have to object and have it sustained? This is beyond ridiculous. :banghead:

I'm going to stroke out, sheesh. HHJP had to have that break to take his blood pressure meds I bet. He's probably popping them like candy today.

a jury will be able to tell that someone is fishing. if this is how the defense goes about making their case no jury will appreciate this.

people are much more self aware than they used to be. people know when someone is making a clear point, now more than ever because of the internet. imho.
