I ordered some fries with this hearing at the drive thru...wouldn't you know it I get all the way home and I all wound up with is chili and a mound of fritoes covered with cheese...sigh...I would go back to the drive thru and complain only I am pretty sure my server was GA...I should figured that out when he tried to sell me a slice of pizza ala carte...sigh

This is truly pathetic. I suspect though that more of the DT's strongest questioning will come during the trunk odor portion of these hearings...which is a separate issue from the hair of death.

I think that the defense needs to have a practice hearing in learning how to ask relevent questions related to the Frye hearing before bringing in the witnesses.
