I am stunned that JB just disregarded the judge's ruling and attempted to skirt around him and ask it anyway.
Wow....just wow....he isn't even going to listen and obey the judge's rulings!!!!

Sadly, there is nothing in our brief history dealing with Jose would indicate he ever has, had, or will obey a judge's rulings. IMO, that would require him to actually understand the rulings. The only thing he does not need clarification on is smirking.

After watching the way Baez questioned the dog handler this morning, I am stoked at how he will handle George and Cindy! Especially Casey's claims of sexual abuse and her mother controlling her life.

This is going to be one entertaining trial!

I really wish they had a split screen, with one focused on Casey all the time. Whenever they mention Caylee's remains, I want to see what Casey is doing.

from what I have seen---she just keeps on doing what she does.....I was watching for the same thing.....but she kept on keeping on....shuffling, writing and what nots....

She says, "no" This is a state cadaver dog trained and owned by the state...if you don't allow this in then all the dogs in Texas...

there we go! That's what I was seeing but couldn't put my finger on. Jose attacks the foundation of what everyone agrees on.

INsession said that is going to be hard to get these highly qualified highly accepted dogs evidence thrown out.

They were missing two or three bones of Caylee. Jose says his dog did not alert when he was actually at where Caylee's remains were found.

The officer answered that he was keeping his dog out of the area where she was found, right before he was cut off. I know I heard that, but on In Session, they are saying "wow, he didn't alert when he was right there where the body was found in the woods, so maybe he isn't reliable" (not exact words but close).

I wanted to throw something at the TV!!

I believe it was because they were looking for the couple of bones that were not found right there so he was looking in the vicinity for the bones that were maybe dragged away by animals? Or perhaps moved by the water? He said he wasn't right where the body was found. So, of course, no alert if the other bones were not where he was at.

Sad to say ICA never even remotely changes any expression when her child's remains are mentioned. Horrible.

IMHO this strategy of the defense of trying to keep her occupied to minimize her reactions will backfire BIG TIME. It is not normal for the person on trial to totally remove herself from the situation. She honestly appears to believe she is employed by the defense team, vs. being on trial. It is cold, calculating and fits right in with her personality. The jury WILL notice it.

i caught a glimpse of someone who looked like it could be CA (not sure because I didn't get a good look at the face). Wearing bright green jacket and white w/black patterned skirt walking out with another female, just as kc stood up to leave and then sat back down and waited for the guard to call her over to the door.

Anyone else catch that?

lol, this is why I love the hearing threads, so glad you're here today, can always count on you for some "rolled gold" comments.

The constant smirking is causing a twitch in my arm as I raise it to punch the monitor...note to self, Baez is not worth a new screen.
