Thank you! :blowkiss:
Earlier, i swear I wanted to punch my monitor in the throat, then it dawned on me. Jose is nowhere near trying to prove the methodology is not sound, he is so busy going after Forgey and he gets himself all wrapped up in his own Matlockesque prowess (he thinks). All he has managed to do so far is irritate the judge and make me :silly:

A result of what happens when you couple a massive ego with limited intelligence. One hot mess - I see why Simms completes the team.

no to mention all the tapes that they have of her attitude at assisting in finding her own child....along with that bs of I can't get upset because I'm helping LE.....:loser::sick:---she never appeared on camera requesting the return of her said child or anything or even helped....the only time she was going to help was trying to get out of jail and using it as a reason...and of course can't forget jb arguement of wanting to get her to go on those "secret" missions....not going to play well.....not at all----oh yeah---when did they ever really (i mean really) look for Zani??? They have nothing to show she was a concerned mother----NOTHING....

If you read the link at Valhall's site I posted upthread, the person in court yesterday stated that NEITHER CA nor KC showed any emotion WHATSOEVER when they were talking about bones from Caylee. :maddening:

The officer answered that he was keeping his dog out of the area where she was found, right before he was cut off. I know I heard that, but on In Session, they are saying "wow, he didn't alert when he was right there where the body was found in the woods, so maybe he isn't reliable" (not exact words but close).

I wanted to throw something at the TV!!

I believe it was because they were looking for the couple of bones that were not found right there so he was looking in the vicinity for the bones that were maybe dragged away by animals? Or perhaps moved by the water? He said he wasn't right where the body was found. So, of course, no alert if the other bones were not where he was at.

I hit mute now when they go off the hearing. Jean C uses so much emotion while reporting what was not said. H e stated "the dog did alert but because the dog was kept away from the exact spot the body had been the dog did
not give the final alert.:banghead:

"False Positive" has replaced "Quite Frankly" as Baez's new phrase of the day.

and whenever I hear "quite frankly" I always think Rhett Butler....frankly my dear, I don't give a d#$%"......

I saw that! It was J. Lyons. Early March 2011 hearings. I thought he was either praying or trying to increase his bust. Cecebeans used the word inappropriate earlier to describe ICA behavior. I think she is spot on and believe it encompasses the whole defense gang.

Oh ok - ty...who is J Lyons?

moo

trying to increase his bust! funny!

Just a quick thought. Does the state even need the dog testimony? The dog did not find anything, so what is the point of it? Caylee was found behind the house not in the yard? Maybe I am missing the point of all of this??

I don't think the cholorform will be allowed in trial. The A's have a pool, they could have chlorine or chlorine tabs in the back of the car at some point.

Last night, I was thinking that after this trial is over, I am going to send a Thank You card to the LDB and team. Seriously. They are top notch and they deserve to be recognized.

If you read the link at Valhall's site I posted upthread, the person in court yesterday stated that NEITHER CA nor KC showed any emotion WHATSOEVER when they were talking about bones from Caylee. :maddening:

and to me that would cause problems....the only time ICA has shown emotion was when it was about HER.....

Can you imagine how this kind of behavior by Baez will go over on a jury?
The more he tries to make a point, the less informed her appears. He annoys and ignores the judge, yet still fails to make his point. (probably because he doesn't know what his point is)

In trying to discredit the witness, he continues to make the witness look even more believable. His pride runs his show. It really is embarrassing to witness. By contrast, LDB gets up there and with her organized notes and focus on what she is trying to accomplish, makes Baez appear even more incompetent.

And this is purely my opinion, but if anything, Casey's behavior of not paying attention to the actual questioning of the witnesses. and making herself busy being busy, makes her appear quite unstable and out of control of herself. When they begin in trial to actually have graphic evidence of Caylee's remains at the Suburban, the duct tape, the stains in the trunk GOK ( God only knows) how she might react

I suspect the jury consultant (Mason?) will tell him to tone it down, whether he listens or not remains to be seen.

that is what it sounds like to me....

anyone else?

I thought I read in another thread maybe the ask a lawyer thead that someone over there said maybe AZLAWYER? this couldn't be done till after the trial.

:tyou: joypath for those twitter links.

RH Tweet: "Jose Baez obviously did not prepare very well, examination is unfocused and meandering."

:twocents:

Baez spent his time making the files, colour coding and indexing - the actual research needed, umm, no. lol

Totally off topic but now that we have a breather I want to bring this up.

Someone brought up subliminal cues .....I noticed one either yesterday or it might have been watching the early March hearing tapes, but there was a guy that sat behind KC and every time the camera went to her....this guy would make "prayer hands" that showed up right behind her head in the picture..........I mean he held this posture the whole time the camera was focused on her. Did anyone else notice that????Not sure what association they were attempting to give by doing that. Also....someone needs to tell the defense that it becomes OBVIOUS when it is done constantly and held for long stretches of time....that's it's not subliminal any longer when it's noticed, ya know?

It was the PI, JL (with an s). He postures alot.

:floorlaugh:
I just said the same thing outloud! But I said she was looking for a clue.
She should be careful. she could get a paper cut.

Just a guess, but it looks to me as though there are depositions in the notebook she was flipping through today. I think she is going through the depo of the current witness and, with her great legal mind, pointing out things in the depo for her 'team' that they can use to discredit the witness. Remember, as George told her, she is the boss, Jose works for her.:waitasec:
