So, I guess JB thinks cause the book says two cars for a lineup - he thinks cars stopped for drugs, or houses should be linedup'd and video taped in real life situation.
So, if a drug dog or cadaver dog hits on a car on the highway -- pull over a random citizen and put them in the lineup.
IS THIS A FRYE HEARING?

Isn't a handbook (on any topic) a guideline?
