I feel sick to my stomach that instead of having a strategy, they are just going to attack and nit pick the witnesses. Can you imagine when poor JG,TL, and AH get on the stand?

O/T: If one more person comes into my office I'm slamming my door shut. Can't they see I'm busy? Guess I'm about as good an actress as ICA when it comes to that.

IMO, JB is showing his immaturity again. He seems unable to be detached. When the witness doesn't answer the way JB wants him to, then goes further to say this case is odd, JB wants him declared an adverse witness. He then seems so offended by the objections of LB, and when the Judge tells the witness not to answer the question, I believe about GJ testimony, JB threatens the judge with motions, lol. He then makes some snarky comments about moving on, unless anyone else has anything to say, and looks back at the State's table.

Now Judge is schooling him again, and reminds JB they only scheduled 2 days for this. Judge says this has nothing to do with his motion, JB argues and says it does, and the Judge tells him he says it doesn't, move on. LOL, these little moments make this worth watching.

Describe how you searched the back yard. Entered the back yard and completed a search of the entire yard. I got an alert at the SE corner of the yard near play area. He was alerting around play house South part of the yard. Picnic table and sand box there. He ended up giving me a final trained alert.
