I missed most of LDB, can anyone give me a quick synopsis?

She briefly stould up, and had the deputy go down a very detailed listing of his dogs training and certification record highlighting the 20.800+ hours of training and field work. She went through details of exactly what the dog is trained to alert on, what he is not trained to alert on, etc. She presented exactly what is needed (and the only things allowed) in an evidentiary hearing regarding the dogs. That the dog is trained. That the dog is certified. That the dog is managed properly within standards.
