I'll give this witness some credit...he at least doesn't seem like he is avoiding answering, or acting arrogant or smarmy. He seems honest at least.

It is absolutely ludicous to think that these witnesses have not seen Vass' testimony - where else did they get the name to review the reports? They hadn't gotten before their depositions so why go to the trouble after unless they were instructed to..

LBD asked him point blank if he watched Dr. Vass testimony for a reason...we just won't see why yet...but my guess is the State might have evidence on the contrary.

HHJP has probably decided that he will allow it in, and is now avoiding appeal issues. Dottie thinks she has won HHJP over...she just doesn't see what being able to question a non-expert really means.
