This would go a lot faster if the first question was: "Have you already formed an opinion as to the defendant's guilt or innocence?"

HHJP did 1129 said guilty and then promptly said he could overcome it and presume her innocent

It would be interesting, however! Remember we are not allowed to discuss the jurors personally AND we aren't allowed to sleuth our members whatsoever so if that happens, we'll need to keep it in our back pockets and not on the forum.

This could be over if Mr. B would just ask the obvious question... "Based on what you already know, and the evidence you've heard....putting common sense aside, could you possibly find her not guilty...and if not, would you at least be able to give her life instead of the DP."
