OMG, tuned in and had to immediately tune out! JB is such a buffoon! Seriously. Is this how the trial is going to go? Is he going to ask the court repeatedly to teach him how to do his job? Thanks to those that will continue to watch and post tidbits. I cannot possibly do it for another second.

The juror never mentioned he knew about duct tape did he? JB is telling the juror about evidence which has not yet been disclosed or proven in the court. JB be should be found in contempt?

I think what ticks me off so much with ICA and her "look" is that she looks like everyone is wasting her time. She is so stinking arrogant just like the A's.

These people have not been living under a rock since 2008..........
The bottom line is can you put your feelings aside and anything else you have heard about this case and be an impartial juror???Yes or No!!!
Who cares if they watched NG, read the newpaper, surfed the internet....this all began 3 yrs ago............

Yes he did. He said "duct tape comes to mind" when LDB asked him what he knew about the case.

If I understand it HHJP made it clear they are suppose to be trying to find jurors not pre-try the case. In this instance asking the jurors about their opinions on the duct tape would be finding out a jurors opinion before seating him on the jury - as opposed to specific issues with media coverage and to what he found out through media coverage, etc.

The difference in LDB questions and JB questions is marked and HHJP has allowed a lot of leeway but at this point SA is objecting to many questions in a row because defense is trying to find out specific opinions on the specific issues on the case
