I think JB will strike this juror later on, if he doesn't win this round with the judge...so it is a bit of a waste of time...he was just hoping to save one of his challenges.

My personality is such that if I saw such BS coming from JB I would rule against him just because he wasted my time. Get to the point already. JB's incompetence will not endear him to the jury.

A lot of jurors have done that sort of thing in the past. Sad but true. I've heard things such as "I just didn't like attorney 's theatrics so I voted against that attorney's client." "I couldn't stand his condescending attitude." "Too much display, too much putting us down." And the list goes on. I wish that were not true, and it never ceases to shock me.
