OK - I've been watching and reading and listening to this case from the beginning and all of a sudden (past 2 weeks) Baez is suddenly quoting case law...........maybe all the denied motions finally got his attention on HOW TO PRACTICE law.

He waits till now to read the law? Geesh

I think I agree with JB on this one. This PJ is knowledgeable and has already said he thinks she is guilty. That alone casts a reasonable doubt on how he would rule as a juror, regardless of the PJs insistence that he can remain impartial.

The original OJ trial took 2 MONTHS to seat a jury. I think Your Honour has very high hopes. This isn't going to work.

Don't throw bricks at me, but does anyone else think Baez's performance is much better in the courtroom than it was in the hearings? Still not great, but better.

As for CM, I just wish he'd drop the Foghorn Leghorn stuff.

Judge Perry is UNREAL in his knowledge of the court rulings! Just amazing.

This has been like the Frye hearings. The DT has gone off topic over and over and tried very hard to make this pre-trial. As Judge Perry said earlier, this will change tomorrow.

I think it will change. I bet he takes the most common questions the DT asked and put them on a questionnaire and have the jurors fill it out.
