Re: Brain Development . . . I am wondering if they are going to argue that kc had a "disorganized attachment" with her parents since infancy . . . wherein she was forced to be in the parental role and make adult decisions for herself without having appropriate role modeling by her parents. There are studies (replicatable and reliable research) which shows it can impact the higher functioning portions of the brain, as the child stays in a "fight/flight or freeze" mental state consistently as they can never anticipate their environment or their primary care provider's consistency. Inconsistency is the norm and it is very confusing for a young child.

The Prosecution is going to make the jury smell DECOMP!!! I was wondering if they were going to do that. YES.

CM: (goddess help me) during the time you have followed this case. did some of that news include protesting in front of the anthony house. did you at any time talk with anyone about your opinion of the case.

of course with my wife. as far as opinions, no.

CM: i've been a defense lawyer for over....

LDB: object, this is not a question

CM: I have read and heard about a story like that is a no good SOB or worse, have you ever done that.

Maliciously no.

CM: Done it at all?

To a sports figure. I'm not the kind of person to wish ill on anyone.

CM: talking to your wife you never said anything about guilt or innocence?

LDB: objection, referring to Casey by name.

It really wasn't a topic of conversation. We don't dwell on it...busy.

CM: Have you followed any other high profile cases?

Like super high profile, the major stuff ( oh, people don't find Casey "Major" )

CM: Micheal Jackson...

Bernie Madoff...stuff like that big stuff. This is just something I read about one day in the newspaper.

CM: if you were to vote not guilty do you think there will be reprocussions?

no.

CM: you agree to let a whole lot of guilty people go free than to convict one innocent person?

I do

CM: innocence project?

never heard of it.

CM: sheer numbers of witnesses impress?

no

CM: would LE influence you?

good question. LE is equal. He wouldn't weigh more.

CM: you will follow the judge's instructions?

absolutely.

CM: how do you feel about forensic evidence? DNA?

as long as it is backed up

CM: you said yes you do watch Dr. G.

yes

CM: you going to believe her more because she is a television dr?

if she is the one that is giving facts, then that is what I will base it on. Not who she is.

CM: 1232 do you want to be on this jury?

it is going to be a big impact on my personal life, business...no I don't but it is my civic duty if I am chosen to be on it.

Link to a post about the mitigating factors stated by AF to HHJP. HHJP also told her she couldn't ask case specific questions, but as you can see AF and JB are doing just that. IMO.

Mitigating Factors by defense
Age
Immaturity
Sexual Abuse
Abused by parents
Lack of guidance
Insomnia
taught poor coping skills
was taught to project false appearances - this is huge and I agree she was. This explains her pretending to be a good mother and employee etc, because Cindy is big on this. The defense will use this to defend the 31 days.
She was used as a decoy and pawn for her parents was used as a scapegoat

anyone have all of these?
